Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped with our partners Geniki Tachidromiki for Greece and with UPS for Europe and the rest of the world. Charges will apply at the moment you specify your address in the shopping cart.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.

* Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment of your order.

**Eleni Marneri Galerie  does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

***If you know that our shipping services will not deliver at your location, you can contact us and we will find another shipper that will reach you.

****Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. Eleni Marneri Galerie shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.


During the checkout, you have the possibility to choose if you want your order, or some items in your order, to be sent as gifts with an extra charge of 3 euros. This includes a gift packaging and a gift exchange card with instructions on how to exchange the gift with another item. You can also write a personal message that will be included in your gift on a handwritten card.

You may also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient. In this case, please fill in the recipient’s details in the Shipping Address during the checkout and you will be informed by email when the gift has been delivered. The order’s invoice will be sent only to you by email.

If you are not sure what to choose as a gift, you also have the option to offer a Gift Card of a preferred amount.



All products can be exchanged for a different item of the same or higher value.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange,  within 15 working days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges for returns are paid by the client. Reshipping of the exchanged item is offered by Eleni Marneri Galerie. Returns can be delivered also in person to our store by the client.  In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition ( no sign that the item is worn except from trial use and no sign of damage ) and with original packaging.

Returns from countries outside the E.U. are not possible. Returns are also not accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.

Eleni Marneri Galerie reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

*Please note, that every item is limited to one exchange only.



Making a return is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 15 days of receiving your order.


  • Simply, email or call +30 2108619488, 2108668195 (Gallery hours : Tue. Thu. Fri. 11:00-20:00, Wed. Sat.  11:00-16:00, Sunday & Monday closed), specifying your purchase number (it is stated in your purchase confirmation email that you received after payment )
  • Within the next working day you will receive an email confirming your return request and instructions on how to sent your return. Returns are accepted either by courier services or you can return the item in person at our physical store.
  • Exchange of item can performed in store if you return the item in person.
  • In the case of sending your return by courier and once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your return and explaining how you will make your exchange. In this email, we will send you a free voucher of the amount spent and you can make a new purchase (exchange) applying the voucher in the shopping cart at the end of your online purchase.



If you received a gift  from Eleni Marneri Galerie and would like to return it simply follow the instructions above for normal Returns.. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value.
