Womanhood artworks are wall-mounted jewels made with the collage/assemblage technique, narrating the story of the many women’s struggles.

These struggles for life, equality and freedom can be traced back from the Age of Enlightenment to the revolution of the Iranian women of our times. Highlighting the symbol of femininity, symbols of expression and speech, the uterus as the epicenter of the female body, the gestation of both life and ideas, the liberation of the female body, the series of wall-mounted jewels ‘WomanHood’ is an ode to female nature, who with love, cares and embraces those around her, and at the same moment finds the strength and fortitude to defend her values with boundless courage.
